20th Anniversary Annual Meeting focused on arts Steve and Sheri Scott Welty hosted the 20th Anniversary Annual Meeting of LaGrange County Community Foundation at Galarina Folk Arts in Shipshewana. Those attending the breakfast meeting heard Sheri's lively presentation on the importance of the arts to the community including interesting stories of the Scott Welty's association with artist Will Moses. LCCF Executive Director Laura Lemings reported on the year 2010, and foundation founders were recognized for their foresight and dedication in responding to a call from Lilly Endowment Inc. in early 1990 to undertake establishing a community foundation for LaGrange County. The list included:
