Staff members of LCCF, under the leadership of executive director Laura Lemings, are committed to fulfilling the mission of inspiring and sustaining generosity, leadership and service in our community. They implement policies and procedures established by the board of directors.

Laura Lemings Laura is a previous board member with 33 years of experience as a LaGrange County business owner and an ongoing commitment to LCCF. She has served as executive director since 2002. |

Loren Heinlen Loren accepted his position in January 2006. In addition to overseeing scholarships and grants, his experience and ability as a facilitator and trainer is valuable to LCCF. |

Jan Pilgrim Jan’s 36 years of experience in office administration brings a high level of caring, organizational skills and professionalism to the LCCF office. |

Keith Stanton Keith began his tenure at the foundation in August of 2007 after retirement from his previous 40 years of banking experience. |

Jennifer Tuttle Jennifer joined the LCCF staff in August 2006. Her education and experience in the area of tax accounting equip her for the position. |

Rebecca Ramer Fifteen years of writing experience and several years’ experience in editing and publishing are the qualifications Rebecca brings to LCCF. |
