The LaGrange County Community Foundation provides grants to nonprofit organizations that are making a meaningful impact in our community. These grants are made possible through the generosity of our donors, who share a commitment to creating a brighter future for LaGrange County. By supporting local organizations, we work together to address community needs and improve lives across the region.

Support for nonprofit organizations serving LaGrange County in six interest areas: Arts & Culture, Community Development, Education, Environment, Health & Human Services, and Recreation. Decisions within 2 months.
February 26, June 26, and September 25
$500 – $2,000
Mini-grants for LaGrange County nonprofits addressing needs in technology, board & staff training and other needs that help organizations continue their vital work.
Rolling application closes November 30
$500 – $2,000
For projects benefiting the Stroh area, including parks, youth sports, schools, local churches, lake improvements, the fire department, and community events. 
April 15 and September 15
$2,000 – $5,000
Grants focused on inclusive programs and projects for children and adults with enduring intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities. 
March 25 and August 25
$500 – $2,500
Supports youth educational projects. Open to nonprofit organizations and public and private schools serving LaGrange County.
December 15
Howe Legacy Fund
$5,000- $20,000
For community projects benefiting the Howe community, including but not limited to festivals, events, parks, recreation, social services and education
