Join Leanna Martin, our Grants and Communications Manager, and learn how to apply for a Community Impact Grant at the Foundation. This workshop is ideal for first-time grant seekers, organizations that are not familiar with us, and those who want basic knowledge about the Community Foundation's Community Impact Grants.

Community Impact Grant Deadline

Community Impact Grants help nonprofits to be more effective, efficient and self-sustaining. Income from the Foundation's unrestricted funds are awarded through the Community Impact Grant program. The Foundation seeks to fund innovative or creative projects with significant impact on the community served by the nonprofit.
Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Deadline
September 15, 2022
Lilly Endowment established the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship Program to help raise Indiana's level of educational attainment and to leverage further the ability of Indiana’s community foundations to enhance the quality of life for local residents. Since the program started in 1998, 39 students from LaGrange County have received the award. The scholarship is awarded to one LaGrange County student who exemplifies commitment to character, service and academics.
Community Scholarships Open

The Community Foundation has partnered with families and organizations who want to help LaGrange County students succeed in obtaining higher education. To save you time and energy, we have developed an online, universal common application that matches you directly with the scholarship for which you are eligible.
Community Scholarship Evaluators
Each year we rely on volunteers to help review more than 500 applications. The evaluation process is completely online and only requires a personal computer to participate. Volunteers can be professionals from any discipline or sector and all volunteers must be U.S. citizens and at least 23 years of age. Volunteers should live or work in LaGrange County or have ties to the community to participate.
